Faraglioni

Admired since ancient times. From the staircase in front of our hotel, in 5 minutes you will reach the belvedere of Tragara.

Blue Grotto

It’s one of the most magical places, you can access it by typical rowing boats. You can visit it privately, requesting information to the concierge, or through the two dedicated companies (Battellieri Company, at the end of pier, and Laser Capri, at the La Banchinella pier).

La Scala Fenicia

A rock staircase of 921 steps that climb up the side of Monte Solaro and which, originally represented the only point of connection between Capri and Anacapri. Today, after a major restoration, it is one of the most interesting point on Capri.

La Piazzetta

The Piazzetta, with the tables of its characteristic bars, is the place where since 1938 you get that Capri feeling, and where the slow passing of time is marked by chats, coffee and aperitifs.

Marina Piccola

An ancient Roman port, it overlooks the Faraglioni and houses bathing establishments and restaurants. You can reach it by bus, taxi or on foot via Via Mulo or Via Krupp. The "Siren's Rock" the place where, according to legend, the terrible sirens narrated by Homer in the in the Odyssey, divides the bay of Marina Piccola into 2 beaches.

The port on the island of Capri, the crossroads of all maritime connections between Capri and the other other resorts in the Gulf of Naples.

Monte Solaro

With its 589 mt is the highest point of the island. You can reach it through the chairlift, that in 12 minutes gets to the panoramic terraces, where you can see the Naples gulf and Salerno.

The Center of Anacapri

Easy to reach by bus that runs every 15 minutes from la Piazzetta (10 minutes). Place to relax, where to take a walk through the typical streets enriched by geraniums and bouganville. From here you can reach the chairlift that takes you to Monte Solaro.

Villa Lysis

The splendid villa, in neo-Gothic and neo-classical style which Baron Fersen, a French writer and poet, had built in 1905, as his residence. It is located on a promontory north of Capri and overlooking the sea, near Villa Jovis. A meeting place for intellectuals and writers over the centuries, symbol of Capri alta, refined, subversive and pagan Capri.

Villa Jovis

The villa is part of the original complex of 12 imperial residences commissioned by the Emperor Tiberius on the island of Capri. From here you can admire Ischia as far as Punta Campanella. Next to the the villa is the Astarita natural park for bird watching lovers.

I Giardini di Augusto and Via Krupp

The city park of Capri, a real botanical garden which hosts various examples of the island flora. Friedrich Alfred Krupp, German owner of the steelworks of the same name, had the built the road linking Marina Piccola to the Quisisana area. Leaving our Hotel turn first left and then right to reach it in just 4 minutes.

Villa San Michele

The house, in one of the most panoramic points of Anacapri was built by Axel Munthe, Swedish doctor, on the site of a former Roman imperial villa. Today it is a museum open to the to the public and in summer it hosts the prestigious musical event Concerts at Sunset.

La Certosa Di San Giacomo

An ancient fourteenth-century convent just a few steps from the square, is one of the most important historical buildings on the island. Today, during the the summer months, it hosts events, concerts and open-air shows. From the hotel turn left and take the first street on the left to to reach it in just 3 minutes.

Villa Damecuta

In 1937, the archaeologist Amedeo Maiuri began the restoration work on the villa destroyed during the Bourbon restoration and the English reoccupation. A hidden path leads to a wonderful panoramic viewpoint.
